At Cover-Up, we want you to be fully satisfied with your electronics and accessories. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the device in its original packaging including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund or seamless exchange.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days of receipt.
